The List of Codes for Class 12 Education Boards comprises several recognized boards in India. Every board has a distinct code for NEET (UG) and other exam identification.

The Certificate of Disability is provided in accordance with the Gazette Notification for admission in medical courses under the All India Quota. It comprises the candidate's name, NEET application number, roll number, and type of specified disability with percentage.

KEAM Kerala has launched Kerala Registration 2025 and has published a KEAM 2025 notification on Cee.keral.gov.in. Following KEAM 2025 data, candidates can complete the Kerala Registration for MBBS 2025 application submission, pay the registration fee, and upload a certificate of proof of class 10, date of birth, and nativity. The last day to upload other required certificates is March 15th and March 15th.
Since 2019, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has been responsible for conducting the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG) for admissions into undergraduate medical programs. This has been carried out with the approval of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (as per O.M. no. V.11025/14/216-MEP dated December 6, 2017) and the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) (as per Order No. 35-5/2017-TS.I dated September 24, 2018).
