Mujumdar, founder and chairman of Symbiosis International (including the school), aims to encourage women in medicine and empower women doctors in the country. The college, affiliated with the Faculty of Health Sciences, is located in the beautiful Rawal Campus in Pune and enrolls 150 students every year. It has modern infrastructure and facilities including the Symbiosis University Hospital with 900 OPD beds. The college collaborates with sister schools and research centers to share the power of education and research.
