TSICET and APICET<\/a><\/strong>: As one of the most coveted and opted career prospects in India, postgraduate education in management and computer applications sees an ever-increasing number of candidates every year. Notably, two state-level entrance exams, TSICET (Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test) and APICET<\/a> (Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test), play the role of a gateway to securing admission to MBA and MCA courses offered by various universities and affiliated colleges in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are TSICET and APICET?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Both TSICET and APICET are conducted annually to assess a candidate\u2019s analytical, mathematical, and communication skills. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) conducts TSICET through Kakatiya University, Warangal, while the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) oversees APICET, organized by Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks (45% in case of SC\/ST reserved categories). The candidates appearing for their final year undergraduate examinations are also considered eligible to take the test. In order to get MCA admission, mathematics shall be one of the subjects at the 10+2 level or at the graduate level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        For both exams, the online application process is available on their official portals: icet.tsche.ac.<\/a>in for TSICET and cets.apsche.ap.gov.in<\/a> for APICET. Applicants have to register themselves, enter personal and academic data, upload documents, and pay the application fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Notification and registration usually start in March-April. The entrance examination is usually conducted in May or June. The results are declared within a few weeks, followed by counselling and seat allocation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
