No submissions before or after this period will be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Submission Window and Email ID<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates must email their documents <strong>in a single email<\/strong> to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong><a>nri.adgmemcc1@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong><br> <strong>From:<\/strong> 11:00 AM, 1 December 2025<br> <strong>Till:<\/strong> 08:00 AM, 3 December 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any application outside this period will not be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who Can Apply for <strong>NRI Category Conversion for NEET PG Counselling<\/strong>?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Only those candidates who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have appeared for <strong>NEET PG 2025<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are eligible for counselling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are claiming NRI status as per Supreme Court guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The MCC clearly states that once the category is converted to NRI, the candidate will continue to be treated as NRI for all subsequent rounds. NEET PG Documents<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NEET PG Admit Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NEET PG Scorecard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Proof of NRI Status of Parent or Relative<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid Passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa \/ Residence Permit \/ Work Permit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OCI or PIO Card (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NRI Certificate from the Embassy or the Indian Consulate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Relationship Certificate<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A certificate issued by a competent Revenue Authority, showing the family relationship through a <strong>Family Tree<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Sponsorship Documents<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notarised affidavit from the NRI relative confirming sponsorship for the entire course fee and living expenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NRE Bank Account Passbook of the sponsor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Basic Educational and Identity Proof<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10th and 12th mark sheets and passing certificates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Birth Certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passport of the candidate or sponsor (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Annexure-I Format<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates must fill in and attach the format given in Annexure-I, declaring their details and confirming the authenticity of all documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important Note on Verification<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The notice also highlights that the <strong>Embassy Certificate<\/strong> submitted by the sponsor will be sent for verification to the Ministry of External Affairs or respective High Commission.
