Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana (MMVY)

For students who have consistently performed well in academics.

This scheme supports meritorious students from General, OBC, SC, and ST categories who’ve scored:

• At least 70% in Class 12 (MP Board) or 85% (CBSE/ICSE)
• Family income must be below ₹6 lakh/year

It covers full tuition fees for professional undergraduate courses like engineering, medicine, law, and management at government and select private colleges.

Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan (Shiksha Protsahan) Yojana

For the children of unorganised sector workers.

Higher education can feel out of reach when daily survival is the priority. This scheme aims to change that by supporting students whose parents are registered with the Unorganised Workers Welfare Board.

Eligibility includes:

• Selection through competitive exams like NEET, JEE, CLAT, etc.
• Admission to recognised institutions
• Full fee coverage for professional courses

Post Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Tribe (ST) Students

Education beyond Class 10 can be transformative, but also costly. This scheme is specifically for ST students pursuing Class 11 and onwards.

• Family income up to ₹2.5 lakh = full scholarship
• Income above ₹2.5 lakh = partial support

It includes tuition, exam, boarding fees, and a maintenance allowance.

Post Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Caste (SC) Students

Much like the ST scholarship, this is tailored for SC students continuing studies beyond Class 10.

• Family income under ₹2.5 lakh qualifies for complete coverage
• Above that, partial assistance is still available

Support includes tuition fee reimbursement and monthly allowances.

EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Scholarship

Not everyone who needs help fits into traditional reservation categories. That’s where the EWS scholarship comes in—meant for General category students whose family income is under ₹3 lakh/year.

It supports post-matric education (Class 11 onward) through tuition reimbursement and other educational expenses.
